3- Create a New Channel on YouTube
4- Go to Video Manager and change your default country to any European country but I suggest you to use United States or UK.
5- Go to Channel Settings  >>  Features  >>  Enable Monetization

6- Click on Enable My Account

7- Click I Accept

8- You should receive a message in your inbox saying your YouTube account is ready for Monetization after the message, upload a unique video to YouTube.

9- Now to upload your videos, and click on Monetization tab  >>  Check on Monetize my video

10- You must associate with Adsense account to see how much you get by click on Channel Settings  >>  Monetization  >>  Click on How will I be paid?  >>  Click on associate an Adsense account
