If you don't want to display the number of people subscribed to your YouTube channel, follow the below procedure:
1- Sign-in to your YouTube account
2- Click on the Channel >> Advanced
3- Scroll to "Subscriber Counts" and select "Do not display the number of people subscribed to my channel"
4- Click on Save
